Agility Fuel Systems Names William Nowicke as Chief Operating Officer
Santa Ana, CA, August 25, 2014 — Agility Fuel Systems, the leading designer and producer of alternative fuel storage and delivery systems for heavy duty trucks, buses and specialty vehicles, has named William Nowicke as their Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Nowicke brings over 15 years of operations experience to Agility, and most recently served as Vice President of Merger and Acquisition Operations at Platinum Equity, an operations focused global private equity firm, where he led M&A due diligence for over 35 public and private companies ranging in size from $150M – $3B. He has a diverse background in leadership roles within large OEMs, Tier 1, consulting firms, start-ups, and PE organizations. Prior to his position at Platinum, Mr. Nowicke was the Executive Director of Sales at Martinrea International, Inc., Vice President of Global Operations at Think Holdings AS, and Vice President of Performance Improvement Practice at AlixPartners LLP. Prior to these roles, Mr. Nowicke also spent over a decade with Chrysler Corporation serving in various large scale manufacturing executive leadership roles. Mr. Nowicke holds a Ross School of Business M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University.
